Do I Have to Pay For a Recall?

The manufacturer typically covers recalls because the driver doesn't cause the defects that are present. The automaker may issue a full refund to ensure the driver continues to have a reliable mode of transportation. We encourage you to contact us immediately and schedule an appointment when you're notified of recalls that are associated with your model. The driver may need to pay for the costs of the necessary repairs that aren't related to the recall.

Our service team is happy to perform maintenance or repairs on vehicles from other brands. We perform luxury auto repair that requires a high level of knowledge due to the technologies that they're built with under the hood. How Often does Volvo Recommend an Oil Change?

We recommend performing an oil change on your vehicle every 5,000 miles. If it takes high-quality synthetic oil, then oil changes only need to be performed every 7,500 to 10,000 miles. Our dealership provides loaner vehicles to our customers. We also have waiting rooms available for those who prefer to wait at our location during their appointment. Our waiting rooms include snacks and beverages, televisions, high-speed wi-fi, a kids' playroom, iPad work stations, and magazines. Our friendly staff is also available to accommodate you as you wait to pick up your vehicle.
